COVID-19 SOP and Protocols

The QQ Care Centre's COVID-19 SOP and Protocols are guidelines to protect the members of QQ from the virus, and are enforced under QQ rules Penal Code 74 Act 2022 (QQ Care Centre Novel Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) Safety, Clean and Health Task Force, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Protocols Act 2022). All the members of QQ must participate in the protocols given by QQadvisory™ and face penalties if violated.

The guideline will be change from time-to-time and are based on the latest scientific facts and data, and advised by the Ministry of Health Malaysia (KKM), the Ministry of Health Singapore (MOH Singapore), the Ministry of Health of Brunei Darussalam (MOH Brunei), the World Health Organization (WHO), the USA Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the UK National Health Service (NHS) and the QQadvisory™ team.

QQadvisory™ is responsible to ensure all the members follow the COVID-19 SOPs and protocols.

The three keys to prevention of COVID-19

Some of these keys may not be enforced anymore. Nonetheless, we still recommending you to follow these keys:

• Wear a face mask: In the new norms, we get to use to wear a face mask. Wearing of face mask is the only way to protect yourself from COVID-19 when interacting with someone.

• Maintain social distance: Especially when someone is not wearing mask, social distance of at least 1 meter is required before interaction. The virus can travel through droplets and air, making it easier to infect from one to another.

• Frequently use sanitizer: Sanitizer spray consist of at least 70% alcohol can kill up to 100% of virus in a surface. That's why we added a 'frequently' on this key, as we want the members of QQ to use sanitizer sprays frequently, like every period in the class or every 20 minutes in the theatre.

QQ Care Centre and other countries' endemicity

Many countries had declared COVID-19 an endemic and lifted about almost or all COVID-19 restrictions. This is because the country has achieved many population getting vaccinated or boosted.

Although you're not mandate to follow the COVID-19 rules in a certain country, as a member of QQ, you still have to follow our guidelines, or you'll be penalized once you've come back, or on abroad.
